Instaspace has a 30 day money back guarantee on all its services. All refunds at Instaspace must be initiated by putting a request at support@instaspace.com. After receiving your request and completing formalities like confirming necessary information supplied by you we will inform you via email regarding your refund status. The information supplied by you must always include your transaction id of payment to Instaspace so that we are able to process your refund at the earliest. You will also receive a ticket id in your email where you can check the status of your refund request.
We would request that all refund requests, when initiated, should provide adequate information confirming your identity. After refunding your payment all your files, data and emails will be deleted from our system.
Under certain circumstances, such as abuse of your account or server or any legal complaint regarding misuse of your services with Instaspace, refund will be given at sole discretion of management.
There will be no refunds on purchase of a Domain, one time installation fees and administrative charges.
Only new accounts will be eligible for refund policy, any renewals will not be entertained under 30 day money back will not be entertained. Also first time accounts will be eligible for refunds, for example, if you had an account with us and then canceled that account and then signed up again for a new server, then the second account will not be eligible for refund.
Violation of Terms of Refund Policy will waive off your refund:
1. Run any Mysql queries for longer then 15 seconds, mysql table should be indexed appropriately. When using PHP include functions for including a local file, include the local file rather than the URL.
2. Our backup service is provided to you as courtesy and we are not responsible for your files . or data loss residing on your account may it be shared hosting or vps account unless you have purchased Backup services as an add on. Backups will not be provided for accounts that have been suspended or terminated for any reason unless otherwise agreed in written communication.
3. On VPS Accounts no full refund will be offered after 15 days of service, we reserve the right to refund a prorated amount or no refund at all.
4. Run stand alone unattended server-side processes , any type of spider or indexer, any software that interferes with IRC network, any Bit torrent application , tracker or client, you may link to legal torrents off-site, but may not host or store them on our shared servers. Any file sharing , peer to peer activity , cron entries with interval less than 10 min.
5. VPS accounts may not exceed 15 min load average greater then 2 times the amount of cpu cores given.
